I recently addressed our entire organization at our Annual Company Meeting. This meeting gave me the opportunity to talk to our employees about where we have been and where we are going. We made it! We made it through some amazing achievements recently. Since our last meeting, in March 2020, look at what we have done. We’ve shifted our entire organization from being partially remote to being almost entirely remote with employees across the United States working hard to bring our vision to life.
We’ve accomplished big things in the past few years, amid major challenges like a global pandemic. I’m proud of the work we’ve done and the journey we’ve embarked on. We set out to deliver a comprehensive offering in one platform that delivers benefit account needs and wants and health and welfare compliance. These two objectives were constructed to meet most if not all benefit acct management, benefit continuation and health and welfare benefit compliance needs. Stemming from what legislation and the market has created in the past 40 years, TASC has evolved to meet and exceed the needs of the marketplace.
TASC has over fifty unique account offerings on the shelf and growing. We are always listening to the market and our clients to build our offerings to meet the ever-evolving needs and wants of our clients.
We’ve encountered some challenges on this journey. We’ve got to keep moving forward. Listen to our customers about what we need to improve and what we’re doing right. We need to acknowledge where we have been challenged, learn from our mistakes, grow, and move forward. Always move forward.
Doing what is necessary, good, and right is hard. But were dedicated to it. We want to challenge the industry and challenge ourselves.
For the basketball fans out there, I was watching the Milwaukee Bucks play the Phoenix Suns for the NBA Finals and the commentators kept referring to Monty Williams, the coach of the Phoenix Suns. He was facing and overcoming his own challenges. Williams said, “Everything you want is on the other side of hard.”
That has really resonated with me.
We have achieved a lot and we are on, for the most part, the other side of hard. We have climbed the mountain. Now, we are navigating the foothills. We have and will continue to improve the performance of the platform application and data accuracy. Continue to improve speed of interactions and transactions. We have and will continue to improve timely problem resolution and we have and will continue to improve our overall customer experience.
Coupled with our dedication to overcoming these challenges and looking to new challenges we will continue to innovate and meet the needs of the market and of our customers.
I see the challenges we have overcome and I see some of the challenges we will face in the future. See the dedication of our entire organization to continue to improve, innovate and lead.
