TASC recently was selected as a sub-prime provider with Charlotte, North Carolina based ProSidian Consulting, an integrated management and operations consulting firm, to work with the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency(OCC).
The OCC charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks and federal savings associations as well as federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Delivering a fully integrated, high-performance benefit solution was a top priority for OCC and TASC rose to the challenge by implementing an enterprise-class commercial off the shelf (COTS) service through a high-tech. high touch, highly engaging results driven delivery program.
TASC was able to transition the OCC to a system that works for them and their employees, meeting the ever-changing needs of over 2500 participants with configurable benefits that work for them in a mid-year transition. I am proud of the TASC team for an immensely successful implementation TASC’s benefit account services.
The TASC debit card feature, dependent care offerings and the ease of the TASC mobile app are essential for making the OCC employees benefits work for them and their diverse needs.
