About three years ago TASC embarked on a multi-million-dollar journey to develop new technology that will transform the benefits administration industry. Today, our Universal Benefit Account™ is a reality. It’s a smart, easy and connected solution that we are excited to share with employers and employees across the country.
We launched Universal Benefit Account first among the TASC family, and then we brought in some “friendly” organizations that were willing to help pioneer the system. As of this June, we have successfully completed two upgrade waves, totaling 4,862 clients and 151,240 participants.
The financial integrity we have achieved in this move from one technology to another is impressive. Among annual elections, year-to-date payroll postings, and year-to-date disbursements, in total we have accounted for $465 million in financial balances with 99.99% accuracy.
TASC teams across the company have been working diligently to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We are dedicated to listening and improving throughout the change process. Our system fixes and enhancements have already had a big impact on the customer experience.
Our third upgrade wave is coming soon, and it will be the largest yet. And within a few short months, we will have achieved our goal of upgrading all existing customers to Universal Benefit Account.
